    Advises the U.S. Government, Nations, Industry, and Academia to position them and assure their economic stability and future.

    Serves on the public safety and grid security cluster for the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Global Community Technology Challenge (GCTC), for smart cities and resilient communities.

    Co-edited “The Routledge Handbook on Crisis, Polycrisis, and Public Administration”, which discusses how crises with differing durations, sizes, and impacts challenge the public sector to respond.
