Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for US Forces Korea and US Army Pacific.
Co-founded the Army Applications Lab (AAL) at Army Futures Command (AFC), as the spearhead for Army innovation.

Serves on the public safety and grid security cluster for the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Global Community Technology Challenge (GCTC), for smart cities and resilient communities.
Co-edited “The Routledge Handbook on Crisis, Polycrisis, and Public Administration”, which discusses how crises with differing durations, sizes, and impacts challenge the public sector to respond.
